  HPN Maps Order Form

  Once you have evaluated HPN Maps to make sure it meets your needs, you may order a licensed copy. Please feel free to contact us at support@hpntech.com or 360-693-6285 if you have any questions.

  • Print and fill out is order form.

  • Prepare a check for the appropriate amount of the order. The check must be in US Dollars and drawn on a US Bank checks not in US Dollars or not drawn on a US Bank, unfortunately, cannot be accepted. Currently we do not accept credit card orders.

  Note: Company and Base URL below are required to license the software (if you are an individual, enter your full name on the Company line -- the software will then be licensed to you personally). Whatever you enter for Company will appear in the pop up menu under the HPN Maps copyright notice. Whatever you enter for the Base URL is the only location the software may be used. If you are using a Base URL of file://, the software is licensed to run as stand-alone on a single computer. Multiple licenses are required to run the software on multiple stand-alone computers.
